Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We would love for you to genuinely enjoy the clothing you get from Shushi Mushi and to make your experience hassle free we have clear guidelines for a direct and easy order and return policy.

Clearance Sale Items
  • Items purchased during clearance sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted, and requests for the same will not be possible.
Return/Exchange on Regular Items
  • We accept returns and exchanges for unworn items within 72 hours of delivery. No actions can be taken after this time frame. The product needs to be intact with original packaging and tags with the item of exchange.
Exchange Pickup Attempts
  • The courier service will attempt to pick up the items for exchange twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to send the item back to our address. Please note, reverse pickup is subject to availability in your area’s pin code.
Condition of Items
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, without any damage, alterations, or signs of wear, and with all tags and packaging intact.
No Returns on Custom Orders
  • Custom-made or made-to-order products are not eligible for returns & exchange.
Exchange/Return Charges
  • We provide first exchange free. However, any second or third exchanges for the same order will carry charges of ₹100 as courier fees.
Condition of Returns
  • Items returned in poor condition or missing their original tags and packaging will not qualify for a return, exchange or refund.
Refund Processing Time
  • Please allow 7-10 days for your return to be processed. Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued via bank transfer, which will reflect in your account within this period. Please note that refunds are only available for prepaid online orders.
COD Orders
  • For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, store credit will be issued within 5 working days after the return is picked up. This credit will be sent to your registered email or phone number and will hold unlimited validity. The store credit will be allotted to you as a coupon code with unlimited time limit.
Damage or Loss Claims
  • Any claim regarding shipment damage or loss must be made in writing within 24 hours of delivery. Photos, videos, and a description of the issue must be provided. Without these claims, Shushi Mushi will not be liable for any damage or loss.
Non-Refundable Charges
  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable in the case of returns.

  • If you have any questions or issues, please email us at support@shushimushi.in. Our customer service team is available Monday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Important Notes
  • Currently we do address customer service queries through WhatsApp.
  • Bank details provided for refunds will be final. We are not responsible for errors in the details provided by customers.
  • If you receive an SMS or email notification of delivery but haven’t received the item, contact us within 24 hours.
  • Take care of products while in your possession, ensuring all original packaging, documents, and tags are intact when returning.
Cancellation Policy
  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement or before it is shipped.
  • Once the parcel has been shipped, we will be unable to take any cancellations.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7 business days and will reflect in your bank account.
  • For COD orders, no refunds will be applicable since payment hasn’t been made yet.
